Bulgurca is a neighborhood in the municipality and district of Menderes, İzmir Province, Turkey.[https://www.e-icisleri.gov.tr/Anasayfa/MulkiIdariBolumleri.aspx Mahalle], Turkey Civil Administration Departments Inventory. History

By the end of 1997, Bulgurca was demolished for the Tahtali Dam project.
