Function
CLEC9A is a group V C-type lectin-like receptor (CTLR) that functions as an activation receptor and is expressed on myeloid lineage cells (Huysamen et al., 2008 [PubMed 18408006]).{{Cite book|last=Zanders|first=Edward D.|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=airvCQAAQBAJ&q=C-type+lectin+domain+family+9+member+A&pg=PA67|title=Human Drug Targets: A Compendium for Pharmaceutical Discovery|date=2015-11-09|publisher=John Wiley & Sons|isbn=978-1-118-84985-9|language=en}}
