The Cabinet of Milomir Minić was elected on 25 October 2000,{{Cite web|url=http://www.srbija.gov.rs/pages/article.php?id=33639|title = ВЛАДА РЕПУБЛИКЕ СРБИЈЕ (изабрана 25. октобра 2000. године)}} after the defeat of Slobodan Milošević on the presidential election.
