Cadegliano-Viconago is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Varese in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|60|km|mi}} northwest of Milan and about {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} north of Varese, on the border with Switzerland. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,760 and an area of {{convert|10.2|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.

Cadegliano-Viconago borders the following municipalities: Cremenaga, Croglio (Switzerland), Cugliate-Fabiasco, Lavena Ponte Tresa, Marchirolo, Marzio, Monteggio (Switzerland), Montegrino Valtravaglia.

Cadegliano-Viconago is the birthplace of Gian Carlo Menotti, two-time winner of the Pulitzer Prize.
