Canarium kinabaluense is a tree in the family Burseraceae. It is named for Mount Kinabalu in East Malaysia's Sabah state.

Description

Canarium kinabaluense grows up to {{convert|25|m|-1}} tall with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|50|cm|0}}. The smooth bark is grey. The spindle-shaped fruits are green, drying brown, and measure up to {{convert|8|cm|in|0|abbr=on}} long.

Distribution and habitat

Canarium kinabaluense is endemic to Borneo. Its habitat is lowland to submontane forests from {{convert|300|m|-2}} to {{convert|1500|m|-3}} elevation.
