Carezzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about {{convert|100|km|mi}} southeast of Turin and about {{convert|25|km|mi}} southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 429 and an area of {{convert|10.3|km2|mi2}}.

Carezzano borders the following municipalities: Cassano Spinola, Castellania Coppi, Costa Vescovato, Paderna, Sant'Agata Fossili, Tortona, and Villalvernia.
