Carl Fred Sainté (born 9 August 2002) is a Haitian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Phoenix Rising FC of the USL Championship on loan from the Major League Soccer club FC Dallas. He also plays for the Haiti national team.

Club career

He transferred to the American club New Mexico United on 22 December 2021. International career

Sainté represented the Haiti U17s at the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
