Carlos Héctor Campos Silva (14 February 1937 – 11 November 2020) was a Chilean footballer.{{cite web|url=https://www.worldfootball.net/player_summary/carlos-campos/ |title=Carlos Campos |work=worldfootball.net |access-date=14 July 2021}} Campos played for Universidad de Chile.
