Carolyn J. Elmore (born April 24, 1943, in Chester, Pennsylvania) is an American politician. She is a Republican and a former member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing district 38A, serving from July 19, 2010, to January 12, 2011.{{cite web|url=https://msa.maryland.gov/msa/mdmanual/06hse/former/html/msa15288.html|title=Carolyn J. Page Elmore, Governor Martin O'Malley appointed her to serve the remainder of his term in the House of Delegates. Before serving in the House of Delegates, she was an educator for the Wicomico County School System.
