Carpopenaeus is an extinct genus of prawn, which existed during the Upper Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.Treatise on invertebrate paleontology, Volume 2, by Raymond Cecil Moore, Curt Teichert, Joint Committee on Invertebrate Paleontology, Geological Society of America. Published 1953.
