Casey Scott Sadler (born July 13, 1990) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. Between 2014 and 2021, he played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Cubs, and Seattle Mariners.

In 2011, Sadler played for the Single-A West Virginia Power, recording a 5–5 record and 2.43 ERA in 35 appearances. The next year he played for the High-A Bradenton Marauders, pitching to a 4–6 record and 3.73 ERA in 32 games. Sadler was optioned to the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians on March 10, 2014. He was optioned back to the Indians on May 5 to make room for Jeff Locke on the active roster. Sadler missed the entire 2016 season due to Tommy John surgery. On September 5, 2020, the Seattle Mariners claimed Sadler off waivers from the Cubs. Upon joining the Mariners, Sadler appeared in 7 games to finish out 2020, going 1–2 with a 4.50 ERA.
On May 30, 2021, Sadler was placed on the 60-day injured list with a right shoulder impingement. In March 2022, Sadler was dealing with inflammation in his right shoulder resulting from his previous injury in 2021.
