Davis became the club's Co-Captain ahead of the 2018-19 season alongside Gema Simon and Emily van Egmond. On Matchday 3 of the 2021-22 season Davis played her 100th consecutive A-League Women match, a league record. {{Cite web|url=https://newcastlejetsfc.com.au/news/davis-all-time-first-for-any-a-leagues-male-or-female-player|title= Davis' All-Time First For Any A-Leagues Male Or Female Player {{!}} Newcastle Jets FC|date= 17 December 2021|access-date=2021-12-18|language=en}} In March 2022, Davis made her 109th consecutive appearance in the top flight of Australian soccer. She therefore set the record for most consecutive top flight games in Australia for either a male or female, beating the record previously held by Nikolai Topor-Stanley.{{cite web |url=https://thefootballsack.com.au/2022/03/record-breaking-cass-davis-the-shining-light-on-another-dim-night-for-newcastle.html|title=Record-breaking Cass Davis the shining light on another dim night for Newcastle|publisher=The Football Sack|date=2 March 2022|accessdate=25 February 2023|last=Rutherford|first=Oscar}}
