Here is a list of people who have been indefinitely blocked because of their username, and have requested to have it changed on their talk page. It is used by {{tl|unblock-un}}. If there are users listed below, then please unblock them to let them put a request on Wikipedia:Changing username. Unless, of course, you're also a global renamer and are renaming and unblocking.
