Cecil B. Ferguson (August 27, 1883 – September 5, 1943){{Cite web |title=Cecil Ferguson Stats, Fantasy & News |url=https://www.mlb.com/player/cecil-ferguson-114065 |access-date=2025-02-18 |website=MLB.com}} was an American professional baseball player.

He was a right-handed pitcher over parts of six seasons (1906–1911) with the New York Giants and Boston Doves/Rustlers. During his career, he compiled a 29–46 record in 142 appearances, with a 3.34 earned run average and 298 strikeouts.

Ferguson died in Montverde, Florida, aged 60.
