Chalgrove Brook is a chalk stream located in South Oxfordshire, England.{{cite news |title=Project to restore fish population creates a bypass |url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-oxfordshire-66187833 |access-date=1 June 2024 |publisher=BBC News |date=13 July 2023}}
It is a left tributary of the River Thame. It rises in a number of natural springs at the foot of the Chiltern Hills near Watlington, and flows in a northwesterly direction for approximately {{convert|7|mi}} through Cuxham, Chalgrove, and Stadhampton, before emptying into the Thame near Chiselhampton.{{cite web |title=Watlington Chalk Stream |url=https://www.wildoxfordshire.org.uk/case-studies/watlington-chalk-stream |publisher=Wild Oxfordshire |access-date=1 June 2024}}
The brook floods occasionally, especially in and downstream of Chalgrove. To relieve this, a man-made conduit was built in Chalgrove, splitting the stream in two.
The stream is home to brown trout, mink, otter and water vole.{{cite web |title=Chalgrove Neighbourhood Development Plan 2018-2033 |url=https://www.southoxon.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2020/10/Chalgrove-NDP-Adoption-Version.pdf |publisher=South Oxfordshire District Council |access-date=1 June 2024}} As part of the brook's conservation efforts, in 2023 a fish pass was created to circumvent Stadhampton Mill, making available {{convert|2|mi}} of the brook that was previously impassable to fish.{{cite web |title=Stadhampton Mill Fish Pass |url=https://www.riverthame.org/our-work/stadhampton-mill-fish-pass |publisher=River Thame Conservation Trust |access-date=1 June 2024}}
