Chan Pak Hang ({{zh|t=陳柏衡|cy=Chàn Paakhàng}} ; born 21 November 1992) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a left midfielder or a left back.

In July 2011, Chan was promoted from the reserves to the first team.
