Charu Bikash Chakma is a Bangladeshi Chakma politician{{cite book|last=Rahman|first=Mirza Zillur|title=Falconry in the Hills: Insurgency at Chittagong Hill Tracts|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=gqJ0CQAAQBAJ&pg=PA135|accessdate=25 March 2016|isbn=9781326200855|pages=135–}} who was one of the senior leaders of the political movement of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and co-founder of the Parbatya Chattagram Jana Samhati Samiti.
