Chase is an unincorporated community in Madison County, Alabama, United States.

History

Chase was named in honor of the Chase family.{{cite book |last=Foscue |first=Virginia |date=1989 |title=Place Names in Alabama |location=Tuscaloosa |publisher=The University of Alabama Press |page=31 |isbn=0-8173-0410-X }} Henry B. Chase served as the second mayor of Huntsville, serving from 1918 to 1920.
