The Mysuru main line is a train line that connects the port city of Chennai in Tamil Nadu to the palace city of Mysore in Karnataka, passing through Vellore and Bangalore. This line is completely electrified, allowing trains to reach a maximum permissible speed of approximately 130 km/h.
