Chernsky District ({{langx|ru|Че́рнский райо́н}}) is an administrative district (raion), one of the twenty-three in Tula Oblast, Russia.Law #954-ZTO As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Chernsky Municipal District.Law #546-ZTO It is located in the southwest of the oblast.
