Cherrie's pocket gopher (Heterogeomys cherriei) is a species of rodent in the family Geomyidae. It is found in Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.{{BioRef|asm|id=1001868 |title=Heterogeomys cherriei |version=1.7 |access-date=22 November 2021}} It is threatened by habitat loss.
