Chicha de piña

Chicha de piña is a Latin American spicy chicha made from pineapple crusts and cores, panela{{Cite web|url=https://www.laylita.com/recipes/spiced-pineapple-drink-chicha/|title=Spiced pineapple drink recipe - Chicha de piña|date=June 20, 2008}} or brown sugar, and spices such as cinnamon, clove, allspice, ginger, anise, vanilla, and nutmeg.
