Chote Praepan ({{langx|th|โชติ แพร่พันธุ์}}, {{RTGS|Chot Phraephan}}, 15 May 1907 – 5 April 1956), known by his pen name Jacob ({{lang|th|ยาขอบ}}, {{RTGS|Yakhop|link=no}}), was a Thai writer. His most famous work is Phu Chana Sip Thit (The Man Who Gained Victory in Ten Directions).{{Cite web|url=https://time.com/5277404/chote-praepan-thailand-google-doodle/|title=Here's What to Know About Thai Writer Chote Praepan|website=Time|language=en|access-date=2019-01-16}} He died of tuberculosis in 1956.
