Major-General Christopher Mark Morrice Man {{post-nominals|country=GBR|size=100%|sep=,|CB|OBE|MC}} (20 April 1914 – 25 October 1989) was a British Army officer.

Military career

Educated at Eastbourne College and Emmanuel College, Cambridge,{{cite web|url=http://www.manfamily.org/about/individuals/jonas-man/george-man-163031-1664/henry-man-1660/370-2/john-man-1718-1783/37-2/289-2/edward-garnet-man-1837-1920/morrice-lionel-man-1877-1948/christopher-mark-morrice-man-1914-1989/|title=Christopher Mark Morrice Man|publisher=Man Family|accessdate=16 June 2020}} Man was commissioned into the Middlesex Regiment on 22 June 1934.{{London Gazette |issue=34112|date=8 December 1934|page=7927}} After serving with the 1st Battalion, Middlesex Regiment in the Second World War, he became commanding officer of the Army Air Transport Training and Development Centre in 1953, commanding officer of the Infantry Junior Leaders' Battalion in 1957 and commander of 125th Infantry Brigade in December 1959.{{cite web|url=https://www.gulabin.com/armynavy/pdf/Army%20Commands%201860-.pdf|title=Army Commands|accessdate=16 June 2020}} He went on to be British military attaché in Seoul in 1962 and General Officer Commanding 49th (North Midlands and West Riding) Division and North Midland District of the Territorial Army in February 1964 before retiring in December 1966.
