Claire Supiot (born 28 February 1968) is a French swimmer. She competed in the women's 200 metre butterfly at the 1988 Summer Olympics{{cite Sports-Reference |url=https://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/su/claire-supiot-1.html |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20200417200931/https://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/su/claire-supiot-1.html |url-status=dead |archive-date=17 April 2020 |title=Claire Supiot |accessdate=2 April 2017}} and won silver medal in the 400 m freestyle event at the 1987 Mediterranean Games.

Supiot was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease in 2007 and started para swimming in 2015.
