Clare English is a Scottish journalist and broadcaster.
Background
English was born in Maryhill, Glasgow. She moved to the Bearsden near Glasgow when she was aged 12. She attended St Ninian's High School, Kirkintilloch. Career
English started her working life at the community broadcasting department of Radio Clyde. At a time prior to 1995, English presented Good Morning Scotland on BBC Radio Scotland. In 2007, English began presenting The Radio Cafe on BBC Radio Scotland.
