A Victorian Clock Tower is located in the heart of the Triangle shopping centre in Clevedon, Somerset, England.{{cite web|url=http://www.eastmond.net/clview2.html |title=Views of Clevedon — Page 2 |publisher=Eastmond.net |date=2005-07-24 |access-date=2009-06-12 |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110723104550/http://www.eastmond.net/clview2.html |archive-date=2011-07-23 }} It has been designated as a Grade II listed building.

History

The clock tower was given to the town in the late 19th century by Sir Charles Elton to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria,{{cite web|url=http://www.clevedon.gov.uk/history.html |title=Clevedon History |publisher=Clevedon.gov.uk |access-date=2009-06-12 |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20100807224454/http://www.clevedon.gov.uk/history.html |archive-date=2010-08-07 }} and is decorated with Elton Ware pottery tiles, and an image of Father Time,{{cite book |last=Lilly |first=Jane |title=Clevedon: Photographic Memories |year=2004 |publisher=Frith Book Company Ltd |edition=paperback |isbn=978-1-85937-838-0 }} also made from Elton Ware pottery,{{cite web |url=http://www.1827-1956.com/Potteries/Elton.html |title=ELTON info |publisher=www.1827-1956.com |access-date=2009-06-12 |url-status=dead |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20090326103920/http://1827-1956.com/Potteries/Elton.html |archive-date=2009-03-26 }} provided by his grandson Sir Edmund Elton, both residents of nearby Clevedon Court. At the base of the tower is a drinking fountain, but it has been out of use for many years.
