As of 2022, all 3 series have aired.{{Cite web|url=https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/news/6518/code-404-series-3|title=Code 404 set to return for Series 3|first=Jay|last=Richardson|work=British Comedy Guide|date=1 September 2021|accessdate=30 September 2021}} The third series premiered on 4 August 2022.{{cite web |last1=Darvill |first1=Josh |title=Code 404 series 3 release date and trailer for Sky comedy series |url=https://tellymix.co.uk/tv/599120-code-404-series-3-confirmed-for-sky-comedy-and-now.html |website=Tellymix |accessdate=1 August 2022 |date=22 July 2022}} This was confirmed to be the final series of Code 404, with Sky citing that the reasons for its cancellation were rooted in the main cast being too busy to film a fourth series.{{cite news |last1=Rodger |first1=James |title=Sky axe popular comedy after three seasons because stars are 'too busy' |url=https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/showbiz-tv/sky-axe-popular-comedy-after-27747817 |access-date=4 October 2023 |work=Birmingham Mail}}
