The Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions ({{langx|fr|Comité pour la transition et la restauration des institutions}}, CTRI) was the ruling military junta of Gabon. It took power in the 2023 Gabonese coup d'état after annulling the 2023 Gabonese general election.

A dozen of its members declared in the early morning of 30 August that the regime of President Ali Bongo Ondimba had ended.{{Cite web |date=2023-08-30 |title=Gabon soldiers say election result cancelled, 'regime' ended |url=https://www.theeastafrican.co.ke/tea/news/rest-of-africa/gabon-soldiers-say-election-result-cancelled-regime-ended-4352298 |access-date=2023-08-30 |website=The East African |language=en}} Among them were army colonels and members of the Republican Guard.{{cite web |date=30 August 2023 |title=Gabon soldiers say Bongo 'regime' ended, borders closed |url=https://www.africanews.com/2023/08/30/gabon-soldiers-say-election-result-cancelled-regime-ended/ |access-date=30 August 2023 |website=Africanews}}
