Conception Bay East–Bell Island is a provincial electoral district for the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The riding was created in 1985 as Mount Scio-Bell Island out of parts of Harbour Main-Bell Island, St. John's East Extern, Mount Scio, Conception Bay South and a small part of Mount Pearl.

Bell Island had its own electoral district from 1956 to 1975 when it became part of Harbour Main-Bell Island. It was part of Harbour Main-Bell Island prior to 1956 as well.
