Constantino Mollitsas (2 December 1899 – 24 September 1966{{cite web|url=https://www.worldfootball.net/player_summary/constantino/ |title=Constantino Mollitsas |work=worldfootball.net |access-date=19 June 2021}}) was a Brazilian footballer. He played in three matches for the Brazil national football team in 1920.
