Biography

Ngamole finished in tenth position in the men's 10,000 metres at the Athletics at the 2007 All-Africa Games in Algiers, Algeria.{{cite web|title=2007 All-Africa Games, July 18-22, Algiers|url=http://www.africathle.com/perso/events/ALGER_2007/ALG_results.html|publisher=Africathle|accessdate=17 July 2012}} He finished third in the 2008 South Africa Marathon Championships in a then personal best time of two hours, fifteen minutes and eight seconds.
