Corium (Crete)

Corium or Korion ({{langx|grc|Κόριον}}){{Cite Stephanus|s.v.}} was a town of ancient Crete, near which was a temple to Athenacomp. Cicero N. D. 3.23; {{Cite Pausanias|8|21|4}}) and Lake Koresia (λίμνη Κορησία), which was Crete's only natural freshwater lake.
Its site is located near modern Voulgari Armokastella, Melampes.{{Cite Barrington|60}}{{Cite DARE|28803}}
