Street names and numbers

More than 90% of Cape Verdean roads do not have names.{{cite web |last1=Rinckes |first1=Doug |title=Delivering mail where streets have no name |url=https://africa.googleblog.com/2016/12/delivering-mail-where-streets-have-no.html |website=Official Google Africa Blog |publisher=Google}} As such, most people use community post boxes. To enable delivery at home, the Open Location Code system invented by Google has officially been adopted by the Cape Verdean post, including a system on their website to officially link their home location with personal data at the post office.{{cite web |title=Morada Certa |url=http://www.correios.cv/conteudo.aspx?id=1786&cid=1803 |website=www.correios.cv |publisher=Correios Cabo Verde |language=Portuguese}}
