Crossandra is a genus of plants in the family Acanthaceae, comprising 54{{cite web|url=http://www.theplantlist.org/1.1/browse/A/Acanthaceae/Crossandra/|title=Crossandra|publisher=The Plant List. Version 1.1.|date=2013|language=en|accessdate=2016-10-06}} species that occur in Africa, Madagascar, Arabia and the Indian subcontinent. Some species, especially Crossandra infundibuliformis, are cultivated for their brightly colored flowers.
