Cultural regions of Belarus are historical and ethnographic regions that are located in the boundaries of what is now Belarus and are distinguished by a set of ethnocultural features: ethnic history, nature of settlement, economic activities and tools, folk architecture, arts and crafts, traditional clothing, folklore and local dialects.{{Cite web |title=Ганцавіцкі краязнаўча-інфармацыйны партал - Ганцевичи |url=http://www.gants-region.info/index/0-706 |access-date=2022-03-30 |website=www.gants-region.info}}

According to {{Interlanguage link|Viktor Tsitou|be|Віктар Сцяфанавіч Цітоў}}, these are the ethnographic regions of Belarus:

  • {{Interlanguage link|Belarusian Dvina Region|be|Паазер’е (этнаграфічны рэгіён Беларусі)}} ({{Langx|be|Паазер’е|lit=Paazer’e}} or {{Lang|be|Падзві́нне}}, lit. 'Padzvínnie')
  • {{Interlanguage link|Belarusian Dnieper Region|be|Беларускае Падняпроўе}} ({{Langx|be|Беларускае Падняпроўе|lit=Bielaruskaje Padniaproŭje}})
  • {{Interlanguage link|Central Belarus|be|Цэнтральная Беларусь}} ({{Langx|be|Цэнтра́льная Белару́сь|lit=Centráĺnaja Bielarúś}})
  • {{Interlanguage link|Upper Neman Region|be|Панямонне}} ({{Langx|be|Панямонне|lit=Paniamonnie}})
  • {{Interlanguage link|Western Polesie (Belarus)|lt=Western Polesie|be|Заходняе_Палессе}} and {{Interlanguage link|Eastern Polesie|be|Усходняе Палессе}}

Researchers contest the definitions of these regions. In the case of Padzvinne, the Belarusian historian {{Interlanguage link|Vladzimir Auseichyk|be|Уладзімір Яўгенавіч Аўсейчык}} contests its existence as a unified region and instead writes that there are two regions in that area.{{Cite journal |last=Auseichyk |first=Vladzimir |date=2019-06-28 |title=On the question of the ethno-cultural district of the Belorussian Padzvinne |url=https://ras.jes.su/region/s221979310012056-4-1-en |journal=Pskov Journal of Regional Studies |language=en |issue=38 |pages=36–50 |doi=10.37490/S221979310012056-4 |s2cid=239199200 |issn=2219-7931|url-access=subscription }}
