Cyanea quercifolia, known as oakleaf cyanea, was a species of plant native to the Hawaiian island of Maui.{{Cite web|url=https://www.itis.gov/servlet/SingleRpt/SingleRpt?search_topic=TSN&search_value=34736|title=ITIS Standard Report Page: Cyanea quercifolia|website=www.itis.gov|access-date=2016-03-28}} The plant is now considered extinct, as its native habitat has been mostly destroyed, and no new individuals have been found.
