Cyril Challinor (13 May 1912 — 29 November 1976) was a Welsh international rugby union player.

Challinor hailed from Crynant near Neath and joined Crynant RFC as a teenager.{{cite news |title=Two very proud and very happy rugby-men .... |url=https://www.newspapers.com/image/801033387 |work=Neath Guardian |date=3 August 1973}}

A wing-forward, Challinor moved to Neath RFC during the 1933–34 season, from where he gained his solitary Wales cap in the 1939 Home Nations, playing against England at Twickenham.{{cite news |title=Challinor dies |url=https://www.newspapers.com/image/872593297 |work=Evening Telegraph |date=30 November 1976}}

Challinor remained with Neath until retiring after the 1945–46 season, but continued to serve the club with various roles on the committee, including chairman.{{cite news |title=Neath Rugby Chairman |url=https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/viewer/bl/0000104/19560726/216/0010 |work=Western Mail |date=26 July 1956}} He was an engineering foreman by profession and worked at Blaenant Colliery.
