Daetong-bap ({{Korean|대통밥}}) or juktong-bap ({{Korean|죽통밥|labels=no}}) is a South Korean dish consisting of rice mixed with various nuts, beans, and grains steamed in bamboo. This imparts the fragrance from the bamboo into the rice. The mixed rice is then eaten out of the bamboo.{{Cite web |title=Bamboo steamed rice (daetongbap) (대통밥) |url=https://english.visitkorea.or.kr/svc/thingsToDo/foodTrip/special_view.do?vcontsId=178030 |access-date=2024-01-22 |website=Bamboo steamed rice (daetongbap) ({{Korean|hangul=대통밥|labels=no}}) |language=en}}{{Cite web |last=Kim |first=Violet |date=2015-08-14 |title=How and where to eat your way around South Korea |url=https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/korea-food-map/index.html |access-date=2024-01-22 |website=CNN |language=en}}
