O'Shea states that Calvo was already age 45 on 5 November, 2003, making his birth year either 1957 or 1958. is a former Santiago Court of Appeals judge of the Republic of Chile. At the moment he is a 4º judicial attorney ({{langx|es|Fiscal Judicial}}) in the Santiago Court of Appeals.
