Daniel Lam Wai-keung ({{zh|t=林偉強}}) is the former chairman of the Hong Kong Regional Council (see [http://www.thestandard.com.hk/archive_news_detail.asp?pp_cat=&art_id=62866&sid=&con_type=1&archive_d...]) as well as a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
