Daniel Russell (born 5 December 1995) is a Papua New Guinea international rugby league footballer who plays as a {{rlp|sr|}} forward for the Warrington Wolves.
Background

Playing career

On 11 October 2018, Russell signed a two-year deal with the North Queensland Cowboys.{{cite web|url=https://www.cowboys.com.au/news/2018/10/11/four-more-signings-for-cowboys/|title=Four more signings for Cowboys|date=11 October 2018|publisher=}} He did not make his NRL debut in 2019, spending the entire season playing for the Cowboys' Queensland Cup feeder club, the Mackay Cutters.
