David Paul Leiper (born June 18, 1962) is an American former professional baseball pitcher.{{cite journal |title=Sports people: Dave Leiper |journal=Sports Illustrated |date=Jun 27, 1994 |volume=80 |issue=25 |page=69}} He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics (1984, 1986–87 and 1994–95), San Diego Padres (1987–89), Montreal Expos (1995 and 1996), and Philadelphia Phillies (1996).
