David Roland Cook (born 2 September 1936) is a former English cricketer. Cook was a right-handed batsman who bowled left-arm fast-medium. He was born at Birmingham, Warwickshire.

Cook made his first-class debut for Warwickshire against Oxford University in 1962. He next appeared for the county in first-class cricket in 1967 against Middlesex in the County Championship.{{cite web|url=https://cricketarchive.com/Archive/Players/28/28684/First-Class_Matches.html|title=First-Class Matches played by David Cook|publisher=CricketArchive|accessdate=10 May 2012}} Cook made seven further first-class appearances for the county, the last of which came against Kent in the 1968 County Championship.
