Early life

Dillehunt was born at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia, the son of Linda and Nelson Dillehunt. He grew up in Roanoke, Virginia but returned to his hometown in 1997. He attended Albemarle High School and CATEC,[https://www.catec.org/ Charlottesville Area Technical Education Center] received a B.A. in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University, and an M.S. in Media Management from Arkansas State University. Career

Dillehunt met his wife, Kristen, while both assisted with a drama production at their high school alma mater in 2011. They were married on April 9, 2016. The couple reside in Charlottesville, Virginia.
