=Lawsuit against Mickaël Vendetta=
In the beginning of 2010, David Paparusso filed a lawsuit against French internet phenomenon Mickaël Vendetta for unfair business practices, saying: "This guy is an impostor, a troublemaker. He only used my name to become popular". He asked for 100.000 euros in damages; however, he lost and was condemned to pay Mickaël Vendetta's 3,000 euro lawyer fees.{{Cite web |url=http://www.voici.fr/potins-people/les-potins-du-jour/dj-vendetta-a-perdu-son-proces-contre-mickael-vendetta-343370 |title=voici.fr: "DJ Vendetta a perdu" - accessed May 7, 2010 |access-date=7 May 2010 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20100506041354/http://www.voici.fr/potins-people/les-potins-du-jour/dj-vendetta-a-perdu-son-proces-contre-mickael-vendetta-343370 |archive-date=6 May 2010 |url-status=dead }}
