Dawn June Ratcliffe Brooker {{Post-nominals|country=GBR|MBE}} (born 1959) is a British psychologist who is a professor at the University of Worcester and Director of the Association for Dementia Studies. In 2020 she was awarded an MBE for her services to dementia care.

Early life and education

In 1984 Brooker graduated with a master's degree and qualified as a clinical psychologist at the University of Birmingham. Research and career

Brooker was awarded a personal chair at the University of Bradford, where she continued Kitwood's work on person-centred dementia care.
