Dešov is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. The village is well preserved and is protected by law as a village monument reservation.

Dešov lies approximately {{convert|30|km|mi}} south-west of Třebíč, {{convert|47|km|mi|abbr=on}} south of Jihlava, and {{convert|154|km|mi|abbr=on}} south-east of Prague.
