De Goorn is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Koggenland, and lies about 9 km west of Hoorn.

The village was first mentioned around 1312 as "den Gore", and means "swampy forest ground".{{cite web|url=https://etymologiebank.nl/trefwoord/degoorn |title=De Goorn - (geografische naam) |website=Etymologiebank |access-date=30 April 2022 |language=nl}} De Goorn was home to 98 people in 1840.
