Deland Scott McCullough (born Jon Briggs on December 1, 1972) is an American football coach and former running back who is the current running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL and played Canadian football for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Career

Personal life
McCullough, born Jon Briggs, was placed for adoption as a newborn, but reunited with his biological mother in November 2017. McCullough has four sons; Deland II, Dasan, Daeh, and Diem.
